When fresh fruit and veg are miles away

Sailors, nomads, hikers, campers, students and backpackers. Sometimes we are a long way from the nearest farm gate or green grocer. That doesn’t mean that food can’t be interesting, tasty and nutritious.

Kipper spent over 15 years cruising from England to Australia and wants to share some of the lessons learnt in her Tin Can Galley.
